Pick an exercise, enter weight and reps — or just reps, or a time for cardio — and hit log. That's the whole flow. Sets group themselves into sessions automatically; no start or stop buttons to forget.

Missing an exercise? Request it from inside the app and you'll get a notification when it's added.

See exactly when you showed up

A monthly calendar marks every day you trained. Tap a day to see the full session — every exercise, every set, with your heaviest highlighted. A summary strip totals your sessions, sets, volume and time for the month.

No colour-coded guilt. A dot means you went. That's it.

Your friends' sessions, as they happen

Every workout appears as a card — who trained, what they hit, and how big the session was. Tap to expand the full set-by-set detail.

Hold a session card to send a 🔥 👍 or 💪 when a mate earns it. And if someone's gone quiet for a few days, give them a nudge. That's the entire social layer — no comments, no clutter.

Pick any exercise and see your heaviest set over time as a clean graph. Track your body weight the same way — privately, never shared to the feed.

Hit a new heaviest lift and it's flagged as a personal best, on your PB list and marked in red on the feed for your friends to see.
